How long does it take to receive my order? Postage is usually fairly quick but once I've posted the item it is sent via Australia Post. You can follow your parcel by using the tracking number the sent to you. Express Post is also an option at the checkout. 

What is your return policy? If you find the item is not as described or doesn't fit (please check your measurements against those provided in the listings) please contact me and I will give you the details to return the item. Once received you will receive your refund. Regrettably I am unable to refund the postage cost. 

Can you send me more photos of a garment? Absolutely. Please message me and I will happily take more photos for you. 

I have vintage items I no longer use, would you like to buy them? Unfortunately I don't purchase items from customers as I love finding the items myself where I can check on the condition of the item and make sure it's the best quality for my customers. 

Do you have gift certificates? At Vintage Arian you can find gift certificates between $20 and $100, but if you'd like another dollar amount, please let me know and I'll be happy to add it for you.
